  Bright strawberry pink with a suggestion f peach and with some depth, , a little lighter on the edge. The nose is elegant and softly fresh with aromas of soft red berry fruits and strawberries and cream along with lifted red florals, and hints of mouthwatering minerals. The aromatics form a finely concentrated core. Off-dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate has gently rich flavours of strawberries and cream with fragrant red floral lift, and a hint of confectionary. The fruit has good depth and elegant concentration. The mouthfeel is lively and bright and enlivened by fresh, lacy acidity, and the wine is carried along a very soft-textured, mouthwatering line leading to a fragrant finish. This is an elegant and refined Pinot Noir Rosé with strawberry floral and hints of confection on a mouthwatering palate. 100% hand-picked Pinot Noir from the ‘River Block’, fermented in tank to 12.8% alc. and 5.8 g/L RS. 18.0-/20 Jul 2018 RRP $23.00 Bright, pale strawberry pink colour, lighter on the edge. Dryish to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is refreshingly crisp, with delicate flavours of strawberries, cranberries, watermelon, and subtle hints of herb, red florals and mouthwatering mineral notes. The flavours are expressed with finesse, and the wine flows with good, refreshing acid energy along a fine line, leading to a light, nuanced finish of cranberries, florals and minerals.
