Alpha Zeta ‘C’ Corvina 2014 and Les Terres du Roy Cotes du Rhone 2013

08-Aug-2016
As with any serious importer and distributor of wine in New Zealand, Michael Jemison’s Macvine International company has a full and broad range that covers all of the major wine growing regions of the world. The Macvine point of difference is the eclectic nature of many of the wines. This is partly due to Michael’s personal preferences in styles and personal contacts which provide him with some rare bottlings. Here, I review an Italian Veronese Corvina, made by New Zealander Matt Thomson, and a classical French Cotes du Rhone. www.macvine.co.nz
