  Bright straw-yellow colour with pale gold hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is soft and light with delicate aromas of white stonefruits and minerals along with subtle, nutty lees, forming a moderately concentrated core. Dry to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate is up-front with uncomplicated white stonefruit flavours along with nuances of florals and minerals. The mouthfeel is soft in texture with a very fine, dry, phenolic line, with background acidity lending freshness. The wine carries to a tight, dry finish with lingering stonefruit and mineral nuances. This is a light and delicately flavoured Chablis with balanced acidity, fine dry textures and subtle mineral elements.   Dark, deep, black-hued ruby-red colour with youthful purple tints. The nose is finely concentrated with aromatic black-berried fruits along with notes of dark-red and black florals, liquorice, subtle notes of dark herbs and spicy, slightly resinous oak. Medium-full bodied, the palate possesses sweet and vibrant black and dark-red berry fruit flavours intermingling with spices, black pepper and nuances of herbs and liquorice, unfolding floral and nutty oak elements. The wine is fine-featured with moderately extracted, supple tannins and the mouthfeel is enlivened by fresh, integrated acidity, carrying to an elegant, lingering finish. This is an elegantly concentrated and fine-textured Fitou with lively and accessible black fruit, herb, liquorice and nutty flavours. Match with lamb and beef over the next 4-5 years. A blend of 40% Grenache and 30% each of Syrah and Carignan, the latter two varieties undergoing carbonic maceration and the wine fermented to 13.5% alc. and aged 9 months on oak barrels. 17.0+/20 Jan 2017 RRP $16.95

  Bright, light golden-yellow colour with some depth, paler on the rim. This has well-concentrated bouquet of musky tropical and savoury citrus fruits along with notes of raisins, wild honey and herbs. Sweet to taste and medium-full bodied, the palate features finely concentrated and intense flavours of musk, tropical fruits, raisins and wild honey, along with subtle nutty and herbal nuances. This has good presence and linearity, with some unctuousness balanced by a fine phenolic thread, background acidity and some alcoholic dive. The wine leads to a long, well-packed finish of musk, grapey flavours, raisins and honey. This is a well-concentrated, near unctuous Muscat Vin Doux Naturel with good presence and line. Match with fruit and baked desserts over the next 4+ years. 100% Muscat Petit Grain, hand-picked and cool-fermented to 15.0% alc. and approx. 125 g/L RS. A Vins Doux Naturel.
