Light golden bronze colour with onion skin and blush colour, lighter on rim, the bead very persistent and fine. The nose is softly voluminous with aromas of yellow stonefruits, hints of red berry fruits, honey and bready yeast. The aromatics are up-front and open with good breadth developing in the glass. Dry to taste and light-bodied, the flavours are very light, showing subtle stonefruits along with gentle, but definite yeastiness. The mouthfeel is dry, tending austere, with restrained effervescence, allowing the acidity to come to the fore. Clean and fresh, some phenolic textures carry the light yeasty notes to a very dry finish. While showing a full and yeasty bouquet, the palate of this sparkling wine is light, crisp and dry.
