Bright, pale straw-yellow colour, pale on rim. The nose is softly full with aromas of rears,
honeysuckle and steely herbal notes, lifted with some fermentation esters. Dry and light-bodied, the fruit is taut and
lean with white stonefruit flavours along with white florals and minerally
nuances. The palate has a crisp line
with subtle textures, the acidity in good balance and carrying the flavours to
a clean, dry, fresh finish. Possessing
an attractive aromatic nose, this is crisp and dry in the Pinot Grigio
style. Serve with antipasto and with
seafood over the next 18 months – 2 years.
