51% Chardonnay and 49% Viognier sourced from several Gisborne vineyards, inoculated yeasts fermentation to 13.5% alc. and 6 g/L rs, 80% of the Chardonnay undergoing MLF. Bottled without any wood influence. Pale straw yellow with youthful green hues, this has a light, but positive bouquet of apricot and exotic fruits from the Viognier, along with minerally elements. Dry on palate, this has light, attractive floral and apricot flavours. There is mouthfeel, body and good weight on impact, and the wine finishes cleanly. 15.5-/20 Nov 2010 RRP $15.00
