Bright, light straw-yellow colour with lemon-gold hues, pale
on rim with a moderately persistent, fine bead.
The bouquet is fresh and lively with aromas of chalky white stonefruits
and savoury apples, along with nutty notes and subtle, bread-yeast
autolysis. Dry to taste, soft and
delicate flavours of white stonefruits and florals with nutty, apple and chalky
mineral flavours flow on a creamy, effervescent palate. The mouthfeel is refreshing with a fine
textural line, enlivened by crisp acidity.
The flavours fade gently, and the wine finishes with clean, delicate
nutty nuances. This dry, light and
delicately flavoured Blanc de Blanc Methode has softened. Serve as an aperitif and with seafood over

The nose is full, open and up-front with aromas of apple-like fruit with aldehyde, yeast and nutty oxidative nuances, revealing white stonefruits and florals. Very dry, tight and firm, this has fulsome flavours of apples and florals intermixed with a nutty, yeasty amalgam. The palate is firm and carries a slight phenolic, textural line and crisp acidity, lending a driven, near austere line and drive with cut. The finish is dry, crisp and grainy, showing apple and yeasty hints. This is a very dry, full-flavoured sparkling wine with a firm palate line.
